Creating Surveys

To create a new survey:
Release 4.x Release 3.x

  1. From the Menu, select Surveys > Admin Surveys. The Admin Surveys page appears.
    Admin: Surveys

  2. Use the Create New Survey area of the Admin: Surveys page to create a new survey.

    The Admin: Survey page lists the existing surveys and allows you to create new surveys.
  3. Enter the following information in each field on the page:
    • Name: Enter a name of the survey.
    • Description: Enter a detailed description of the survey. You can use wiki syntax in the description.
    • Status: Select open. Later, you can close the survey (which makes it inaccessible to visitors, but Tiki retains the data.
  4. Click Save. Tiki saves the information and reloads the page.
    Your survey is now listed in the Surveys area of the page.

Now that you have a survey, you can add questions to it!
